Katy Lucas practices in the area of litigation, representing hospital systems, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers in commercial and healthcare litigation matters, including government investigations, employment counseling and litigation, compliance, the False Claims Act, mergers and acquisitions, physician contracting, torts and white-collar investigations. Ms. Lucas also regularly litigates on behalf of clients in a diverse range of complex commercial matters, including cases involving restrictive covenants, fraud and breach of contract

Ms. Lucas is a 2005 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was associate editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law & Practice, and a magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
