Kelsey McCafferty is an associate in the firm's Trial Practice Group, representing clients in products liability, medical malpractice, mass tort, and commercial litigation matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration matters.
Ms. McCafferty is a 2025 magna cum laude graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review, a Dean’s Merit Scholar, chairperson of the National Trial Team, and inducted into the Order of the Coif.
In law school, Ms. McCafferty earned numerous accolades for trial advocacy, including the American College of Trial Lawyers’ Honorable Lewis F. Powell Medal for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association’s James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy, and the Villanova Law First-Year Trial Advocacy Award. Additionally, Kelsey was named an Academic All-American Trial Advocate by the National Association of Legal Advocacy Educators. Ms. McCafferty also gained litigation experience, serving as a certified legal intern, with the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
In 2022, Kelsey received a B.S.B.A., summa cum laude, in Accounting with minors in Business Law and Political Science from Duquesne University.
