Kenny Tran

Kenny Tran is an associate in the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group and a member of the Class Action Defense group.

Kenny represents employers in employment and commercial litigation matters, with a focus on wage and hour and arbitration-related claims. He manages matters through all phases of litigation, including case assessment, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. His experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions and advising clients on litigation strategy and risk mitigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kenny practiced labor and employment law in California, where he managed a substantial litigation docket and regularly prepared detailed case evaluations for clients and insurers.

Kenny is a graduate of Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he received a full tuition merit scholarship. He earned his bachelor’s degree in a double major in Criminology, Law & Society and Psychology & Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
