Leticia Pavlak

Leticia Pavlak practices in the area of corporate law, with a focus on securities and capital markets. She represents public and private companies in securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Her experience includes advising clients on complex matters such as SPACs, stock exchange listings, and cross-border transactions. 

Leticia Pavlak earned an LL.M. from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (J.D. equivalent) from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Ms. Pavlak is a native Portuguese speaker and is conversational in Spanish.
