Marcus Ng

Marcus Ng is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Selvam LLC. His areas of practice encompass equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and general corporate matters. He also has experience with fund management and fund regulatory advice, corporate restructuring and cross-border joint ventures.

Marcus serves a diverse range of clientele which includes China, India and Korea and his experience extends to providing corporate regulatory and compliance advice on a variety of matters, including emerging markets such as digital asset regulation and cryptocurrency and more ad-hoc matters concerning data protection and employment laws.

Marcus graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in 2021 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2022. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
