Marianne S. Repetto

Marianne S. Repetto is a litigation attorney with a focus on banking and finance. Ms. Repetto represents banks, mortgage servicers and private investors in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure proceedings throughout New York State. She also represents clients in related bankruptcy proceedings. With more than five years of extensive experience in mortgage foreclosure litigation, Ms. Repetto is skilled in advising clients throughout all stages of foreclosure, from ensuring compliance with pre-foreclosure notice requirements to drafting pleadings and motions and appearing at hearings in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Repetto has also represented landlords, condominium and cooperative boards and unit owners in a broad range of real estate actions involving issues related to ownership of title to property, the right to enforce contracts of sale and disputes concerning landlord or tenant obligations.

Ms. Repetto is a 2011 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was an articles editor for Texas Tech Law Review, Vol. 43, and a staff member for Vol. 42. While in law school, she also served the West Texas Community as a student-attorney with the Criminal Justice Clinic. Ms. Repetto is a 2007 graduate of Baylor University, where she earned B.A. degrees in Political Science and Public Relations.
