Marina A. Gomm Santos is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on cross-border transactional matters, with an emphasis on strategic tax planning for foreign and domestic clients. Marina also has experience assisting with aviation finance transactions, construction-related projects and complex credit facilities, contributing to the drafting and negotiation of finance and sale documentation and supporting transaction closings.
Marina earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
