Megan L. Grace practices in the area of Environmental law. With a strong foundation in both regulatory and policy issues, Ms. Grace brings a unique perspective to private practice through her prior service in state and municipal government. While working at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and at the City of Houston, Ms. Grace developed an understanding of Texas environmental laws and regulations. This experience has equipped her with the knowledge and insight needed to help clients navigate complex environmental challenges, from compliance and litigation to policy advocacy and risk management.
Ms. Grace advises clients across various industries on environmental matters arising under state and federal laws, including regulatory compliance, investigation and remediation of contaminated properties, and negotiations with regulatory agencies and third parties.
Ms. Grace is a 2021 cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where she was chief publication editor of the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal, and a summa cum laude graduate of Siena College, where she was a member of the NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Team.
