Meredith E. Carpenter is Special Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She represents developers, property owners, public utilities, and other clients in eminent domain, zoning and land use, real estate litigation and appeals, construction disputes, and transactional matters. Drawing on her experience as counsel to a large local government in Virginia and her work at the Supreme Court of Virginia, Meredith provides clients a unique and comprehensive perspective on complex real estate, infrastructure, and government-related matters.
Ms. Carpenter is a 2013 cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School, where she was managing editor of the Cornell Law Review and associate editor of the LII Supreme Court Bulletin, and a graduate of Stanford University.
