Michaela Cloutier is an associate in the firm’s Trial Practice Group. Ms. Cloutier defends transportation and automotive clients in court over commercial matters, employment and product liability issues and toxic torts.

Ms. Cloutier has participated in litigation defending clients in trucking and transportation, medical malpractice, and long-term care cases. Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Cloutier served as a judicial intern to the former Hon. Chief Judge John E. Jones, III in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Cloutier earned her J.D. from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where she served as associate editor and senior editor of the Dickinson Law Review.
