Michael Rosenblatt is a senior associate in the firm's Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group and a member of the Class Action Defense Team. Mr. Rosenblatt represents employers in complex labor and employment litigation, including matters involving wage-and-hour laws, restrictive covenants, collective bargaining agreements and state sick leave requirements.
Mr. Rosenblatt has experience managing all phases of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, fact and corporate representative depositions, complex discovery and arbitration proceedings. He also advises clients on employment-related issues arising in corporate transactions, including compliance with federal and state wage-and-hour laws, immigration requirements, workplace safety regulations, multiemployer pension plans and collective bargaining agreements. His broader litigation experience includes antitrust matters and regulatory reviews involving corporate transactions.
