Mitchell J. Moses, P.C. represents clients in their most significant corporate events, primarily with respect to mergers, acquisitions, financings and capital raises. He has significant experience with complicated transactions in a variety of industries, mostly related to asset and stock transfers that involve negotiated economics and a mix of equity and debt financing.
Mr. Moses is a 2009 graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Business Entrepreneurship and the Law, spending over a semester as a clerk with a London boutique law firm. He is also a graduate of Acton School of Business (M.B.A. 2006) and Texas Tech University (B.B.A., cum laude, 2005), where he served as Student Body President and spent a summer as a White House intern in the Office of Domestic Policy. Mitchell began his career with a private equity firm in Dallas, Texas that invested across the capital stack in a variety of industries.

Representative Matters
Represented Marauder Capital, a Fort Worth-based private equity firm investing in energy service and equipment companies, in connection with its subsidiary’s acquisition of Mako Lift.
Represented KBS Chemical LLC, an aviation-based chemical supplier, in connection with a 10-year agreement to service and supply the chemicals for a Texas-based aviation device manufacturer; the transaction also contained a 10-year consulting agreement for the president of KBS.
Represented Fourco Property Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of a Fort Worth investment partnership, in connection with the sale of a 158,000 square foot industrial building located in south Fort Worth.
Represented $300 million Texas investment fund in the repositioning of equity and debt across its three funds and numerous investment vehicles, as part of its move into direct asset management.
