Morgan L. Swing is a litigator in the firm’s Trial Practice Group with significant experience handling a wide-variety of complex and high-stakes commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She represents international, national, and local companies as well as individuals in multiple industries, including Fortune 500 companies, mid-cap companies, institutional lenders, commercial banks and borrowers, small businesses, family businesses, and high net-worth individuals, in all stages of litigation, including mediation and through trial and appeal, throughout the United States. She represents her clients in a wide-range of subject areas, including real estate, contract disputes, lender and workout disputes, securities fraud, construction, corporate governance disputes, partnership disputes, consumer products, media, and constitutional matters. She also advises clients in pre-litigation disputes.
Swing is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School (J.D., 2005) and Yale University (B.A., cum laude, 2002). She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French and Portuguese. She previously served as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Associates Committee, serves as a liaison for the Firm’s Fashion, Retail and Consumer Branded Products Group, and is an active member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Program. Among other things, she has also served as a representative for the Yale Alumni Assembly and served on the committees of numerous community organizations, including the United Way of Miami-Dade. She is a graduate of the Leadership Miami program.
