Nader Amer practices in the area of litigation, representing clients in complex business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. His experience includes disputes regarding breach of contract, unfair trade practices, trade secrets, fraud, civil conspiracy and crypto laundering. He has represented and advised boards, committees and principals in internal investigations and cross-border disputes and defended companies in post-closing M&A litigation. Mr. Amer represents directors and officers in derivative shareholder litigation, corporate governance disputes and SEC investigations, and represents broker-dealers in FINRA investigations and AML compliance matters. He is admitted to practice in both Florida and Delaware.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Amer served as Judicial Intern to the Hon. Susan E. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Amer is a 2019 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he was comments editor and associate editor of the Dickinson Law Review and a cum laude graduate of Armstrong State University.
