Nathan Berkebile

Nathan J. Berkebile concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and intellectual property law, and represents clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and appeal, in both state and federal courts across the country. He has a broad practice, with experience in securities, intellectual property, privacy, structured finance, contract, employment, insurance, defamation, antitrust, constitutional law, land use, class actions and shareholder derivative disputes.

Mr. Berkebile holds three degrees from the University of Chicago: he is a graduate of the Law School, where he was a Ruth Wyatt Rosenson Scholar, and also holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Philosophy, with honors.
