Nathan Yeary

Nathan Yeary practices in the area of business reorganization and financial restructuring. He represents debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in chapter 11 proceedings, section 363 sales, and other matters involving financially distressed companies. His experience includes drafting restructuring plans and related documentation, advising on bankruptcy litigation and claims resolution, and managing all stages of chapter 11 workflow.

Mr. Yeary is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law and received his B.S., cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
