Nelson M. Stewart concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and securities litigation. Mr. Stewart has a broad range of experience in complex commercial litigation in areas of law that include securities, shareholder class actions, fraud, contracts, tort, professional liability, insurance and construction. He has represented commercial banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, real estate developers, professional corporations and individuals in all phases of litigation. Mr. Stewart also assists clients in conducting internal investigations and responding to inquiries and subpoenas from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice and other governmental regulatory agencies.
