Nic Hart provides business-focused employment advice and litigation for a range of clients, including high profile venture capital funds. Mr. Hart serves as Managing Partner of the London office. 

Over his career, Mr. Hart has advised on all aspects of UK employment law, including executive dismissal, high-value settlement agreements, complex team moves, as well as injunctions, competition issues, trade union and organized labor disputes and tribunal litigation. In particular, Mr. Hart has extensive experience managing organized labor and trade disputes arising under trade union recognition, and acts for significant manufacturers, upscale professional contracting firms and clients in the logistics sector.

Mr. Hart is a Solicitor Advocate (Civil). He is an experienced trial lawyer, having conducted many trials in the Employment Tribunals and Scottish Employment Tribunals, and contested appeals in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
