Nicholas Bennett is an associate in the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group. He represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including defending claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Nicholas was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James A. Soto of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and an associate at Clyde & Co. LLP. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Arizona Law Review. Nicholas graduated from New Mexico State University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Music Performance. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and California.
