Mr. Patel represents public and private companies in a range of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, including several transactions involving investments in federal opportunity zones, and general corporate matters. Mr. Patel’s experience also includes drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including technology licensing agreements and market access agreements.
