Patrick Gavin

Patrick J. Gavin is a senior associate in the firm's Trial Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, consumer protection enforcement, and appellate matters in federal and state courts, as well as administrative proceedings. He has experience managing matters through all phases of litigation, including investigations, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Before joining Duane Morris, Patrick served as Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection, where he handled enforcement matters involving consumer financial services and unfair and deceptive trade practices. 

Mr. Gavin is a 2016 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was senior article editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review, and a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University.
