Paul J. Powers, Jr. practices in the areas of in trusts and estates and employee benefits law. He is experienced in assisting individuals with all aspects of their estate and personal planning needs including inter vivos charitable and family gifting, real estate, will preparation and retirement planning.
Mr. Powers advises corporations with respect to ERISA compliance, the establishment and maintenance of qualified benefit plans and the compensation of executives by non-qualified benefit plans.
Mr. Powers is a graduate of Cornell Law School and the University of Notre Dame.
