Peter E. Levantis practices in the area of construction law and litigation, representing construction project owners and developers, project managers, construction managers and contractors in connection with private and public construction projects. He has experience with construction, construction management and design professional contracts as well as construction license agreements involving neighboring properties. He also consults with clients with respect to issues concerning green building and sustainability surrounding the NYC Climate Mobilization Act, COVID-19 construction remobilization plans and capital improvement projects.
Mr. Levantis is a 2017 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a graduate of Hofstra University Frank G. Zarb School of Business. He is proficient in Greek.
