Philip Cai is an associate in the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group. He represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including defending claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
Mr. Cai also has experience with employment-based immigration issues and has advised on matters involving background checks and regulatory compliance. Earlier in his career, he clerked for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and interned for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, gaining firsthand knowledge of both enforcement and judicial processes.
