Philip “Phil” Han is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Han represents clients in complex litigation matters, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, antitrust, and other high-stakes commercial disputes.
Mr. Han has experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests, pretrial orders, and motions in limine. He has authored legal memoranda on cross-border deposition procedures under the Hague Convention, admissibility and discoverability standards under the Federal Rules, and trends in patent damages awards. He also provided litigation support during trial, including legal research, exhibit tracking, and real-time courtroom coordination.
Mr. Han is a 2024 magna cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was Staff Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and member of Temple’s trial team for which he won a national competition in 2024.
