Rashi Mishra

Rashi Mishra is an associate in the firm’s Trial Practice Group. She represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as in mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, including financial services, white collar defense, technology, and other regulated industries.

Ms. Mishra assists clients in managing complex disputes through all phases of litigation. Her experience includes matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair trade practices, antitrust violations, trade secrets, fraud, product liability and toxic torts, and other business torts and commercial disputes.

She has experience conducting and defending depositions, drafting dispositive and discovery motions, managing written discovery, presenting oral argument, and supporting trial teams through all phases of litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Mishra served as Judicial Intern to the Hon. Dana M. Sabraw of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Ms. Mishra received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2022, where she received the Lightfoot Franklin & White Legal Writing Award and was recognized as Best Oralist. She received her Bachelor of Arts in political science, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Mishra is fluent in English and Hindi.
