Rick Adams is an associate in the firm’s Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group, where he focuses on employment-based immigration matters.
Rick advises employers on a range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, E-3, L-1, O-1, and F-1 student filings, as well as employment-based permanent residence applications and responses to requests for evidence. He has experience managing high-volume corporate immigration matters and coordinating closely with paralegal teams.
Rick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in political science, Spanish, and philosophy from the University of Portland. He is admitted to practice in New Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
