Rick Adams

Rick Adams is an associate in the firm's Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group, where he focuses on business immigration and employment-based visa matters for corporate and individual clients.

Rick advises corporate clients on the full spectrum of business immigration matters—including H-1B, H-1B1, TN, E-3, and L-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status applications, and responses to complex requests for evidence—while also representing individuals of extraordinary ability and exceptional talent in securing O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. He has extensive experience managing high-volume immigration caseloads and directing client strategy in fast-paced environments.

Rick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Spanish, and Philosophy from the University of Portland. He is admitted to practice in Washington and New Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
