Robert H. Goldie is experienced in all aspects of estate planning, including will and trust preparation, retirement planning, real estate transactions and the use of family partnerships, grantor retained annuity trusts and charitable trusts to minimize taxation. He is also experienced in international estate planning, including use of foreign trusts and structuring investments by non-U.S. residents into the U.S. Mr. Goldie also has advised several foreign banks on the impact of U.S. tax legislation on their banks and their clients.
Mr. Goldie is a 1969 graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was co-editor of the International Law Journal, and a cum laude graduate of Princeton University.
