Robin Marie Seifried concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate, securities and banking law. Her practice includes full responsibility for a wide range of securities and corporate law matters including preparation of proxy statements, periodic and insider trading reports, federal and state securities registration, initial public offerings, private placements and corresponding notification filings for exemption from state securities registration, prospectuses, documentation and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, change of control agreements, capital planning, dividend reinvestment plans, stock incentive plans, insider trading policies, record retention policies, employment and consulting agreements, distribution/sales agreements and manufacturing agreements, and licensing agreements. Her practice also includes banking specific to full responsibility for formation of community banks, bank holding company formations, mergers and acquisitions, bank branching and bank regulatory compliance.
Ms. Seifried is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association and the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is a 1990 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law and a graduate of Lafayette College.
