Rocio Hernandez practices in the area of employment law. Rocio has assisted employers across various industries in litigation, mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and California Civil Rights Department (CRD) involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodation, and wrongful termination. Rocio also has experience representing employers in individual, class action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation and arbitration involving wage-and- hour claims.
In addition to litigation, Rocio also counsels clients on compliance with California and federal employment laws and prepares and audits workplace policies, handbooks, severance agreements, arbitration agreements, and collective bargaining agreements. Rocio is a 2024 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and a graduate of Stanford University. Rocio is fluent in Spanish.
