Roger C. Diseker has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of matters, including, complex commercial litigation; copyright, trademark and other intellectual property litigation; coverage disputes against insurers; commercial real estate disputes; premises liability; natural gas lease disputes; and legal malpractice defense. Mr. Diseker tries cases in both state and federal courts and argues appeals at the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and various Texas state appellate courts.
Mr. Diseker is a 1993 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and a magna cum laude graduate of Midwestern State University.
