Ryan Mullen practices in the area of employment law, with a particular focus on managing employment tribunal claims. During his experience at the BBC, Mr. Mullen has provided business side employment advice on disciplinary and grievance meetings, developing an acute understanding of business needs amongst tight budgets, and managed several high-profile employment disputes while navigating reputational risks.
