Ryan Spengler practices in the area of business reorganization and financial restructuring.
Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. Spengler served as law clerk to the Hon. Jerrold N. Poslusny, Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Spengler is a 2022 graduate of Rutgers Law School, where he was business editor of the Business Law Review. Mr. Spengler graduated from Villanova University in 2018.
