Sal Subasinghe's practice focuses on complex disputes and investigations in the United States and internationally. He represents companies and individuals in high-stakes business disputes, securities and shareholder litigation, and government investigations and enforcement actions. He also represents clients in bankruptcy and fraudulent transfer litigation. Mr. Subasinghe has experience litigating in state and federal courts across the United States and before international arbitral tribunals (under many of the major arbitral rules). Additionally, he works with board committees on internal investigations and advises companies dealing with material corporate transactions, including fiduciary obligations in mergers and acquisitions.
