S. Saliya Subasinghe, P.C. is a business and securities litigator with courtroom experience and a technical background who represents companies and individuals in high-stakes business disputes, securities and shareholder litigation, and government investigations and enforcement actions. He represents clients in international commercial and investment disputes before international arbitral tribunals and courts, and represents corporate directors and officers in bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Additionally, Mr. Subasinghe works with board committees on internal investigations and advises companies dealing with material corporate transactions, including fiduciary obligations in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Subasinghe has also counseled clients about litigation risk and fiduciary obligations in mergers and acquisitions, negotiated settlements, and participated in mediations with private parties and government agencies, including the SEC, DOL and the Texas Attorney General’s office.

Mr. Subasinghe is a 2014 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where he was associate editor of the Law Review. He also received an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
