Scott Leopold concentrates his practice in the gaming industry and serves as a trusted advisor to clients navigating the complex and rapidly evolving regulatory environments related to gaming, sports wagering, casino, and horse racing related matters. Mr. Leopold regularly advises a broad range of gaming industry participants, including operators, suppliers, manufacturers/distributors, media companies, marketing affiliates, private equity funds, family offices, financial institutions, casinos, and gaming-related vendors. He also facilitates gaming licensure from initial application preparation through extensive regulatory investigations and final licensure approval.
Mr. Leopold also advises clients on sports betting, gaming, and horse racing regulations, as well as matters involving opinions, compliance, business transactions, and regulatory proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
Mr. Leopold serves as the Co-Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Gaming Law Committee.
Mr. Leopold is a 2020 cum laude graduate of Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Represented Aristocrat Leisure Limited in its acquisition of Gaming Analytics, Inc., a provider of AI-powered tools for real-time player analytics, slot optimization, and marketing automation, designed to operate alongside traditional casino management systems.
Representation of Aristocrat Leisure Limited as North American regulatory counsel in its agreement to acquire Awager Ltd from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
Represented American Racing and Entertainment, the owner and operator of Tioga Downs Casino Resort and Vernon Downs Casino Hotel, in its $175 million sale and leaseback of the real estate assets of Tioga Downs to Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLPI), a real estate investment trust focused on owning real estate property that is leased to gaming operators.
Represented as North American and Latin American gaming regulatory counsel to Aristocrat Leisure Limited, a global gaming and technology company, in its $1.2 billion acquisition of NeoGames.
