Sophia Browning practices state regulatory law with a focus on the energy industry. Ms. Browning has experience with supporting clients before state PUCs throughout the Northeast, Midwest, and the Mid-Atlantic regions. Her practice covers a wide variety of state regulatory topics including retail supply, electric vehicle matters and offshore wind siting and development. She assists clients with licensing applications; managing periodic regulatory compliance filings and deadlines; customer-facing documents, including contracts, marketing materials and sales scripts; administrative investigations and litigation, as well as subsequent court appeals and state regulatory issues in due diligence reviews.
Ms. Browning is a 2017 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was senior editor and author of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy, vol. 14.2.
