Stephanie Nakash is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and a member of the Gaming Industry Group. Ms. Nakash focuses her practice on corporate and regulatory matters involving casinos, gaming operators, sports wagering platforms, gaming technology providers, FinTech companies and financial institutions. She assists clients with licensing, compliance, transactional support and developments affecting the sports wagering, online gaming, blockchain and digital asset sectors.
Ms. Nakash is a 2023 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Senior Technology Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. She earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Miami in three years, summa cum laude, graduating with a B.S. in Education in Sports Administration and a B.A. in English.
