Stephen D. Teaford represents private and public corporations in commercial loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, sales of notes under bond indentures, securitization transactions, licensing agreements, and other business transactions. He also provides advice in connection with the organization of new business entities.

He is a member of the Commercial Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and its Subcommittee on Loan Documentation.   • Advised software firm on strategy for terminating ESOP ownership of firm through repurchase of ESOP interests with 5 year promissory notes.
