Timothy J. Witczak is a commercial litigator with experience in courts throughout the United States.
Mr. Witczak’s practice focuses on advising and counseling clients in the insurance industry. He has handled matters in various lines of insurance, including general liability, professional liability, excess liability, and trade credit insurance. He has significant experience litigating and resolving insurance disputes, including claims for coverage, bad faith, and contribution, and has counseled insurers on regulatory compliance. Mr. Witczak’s commercial litigation practice includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes involving breach of contract, tort, fraud, and the California False Claims Act. He also has significant criminal law experience having tried cases before judges and juries in state and federal court.
Mr. Witczak is a 2011 graduate of Boston College Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of Loyola-University Chicago.
