Tristan A. Dietrick is an experienced litigation attorney in the firm’s Trial Practice Group. He has represented clients in a wide variety of complex disputes and individual matters, with a concentration on products liability, transportation, maritime, mass tort, and commercial litigation. He has experience in all phases of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including pre-litigation strategy and investigation, writing and arguing briefs, discovery, collaborating with experts, alternative dispute resolution, trial preparation, and appeals. His recent significant maritime/transportation work includes representation of the M/V DALI vessel interests in connection with its allision with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland in March 2024.
Prior to joining the firm, Tristan served as law clerk to the Hon. Matthew J. Maddox of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Tristan is a 2021 cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. He is a 2018 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
