Valerie Wilson practices in the area of corporate law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters.
Ms. Wilson is a 2025 magna cum laude graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Tau Epsilon Rho Law Schwartzberg Prize and Lead Research Editor for Temple Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Wilson was a judicial intern for the Honorable Renée Marie Bumb, Chief, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She received an A.B. from Princeton University, cum laude, and an M.A. from Columbia University. Prior to law school, Ms. Wilson worked at a media investment agency.
