Yi Wang

Wang Yi is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP. She practices in the areas of commercial law and employment law. 

Wang Yi has experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as banking transactions. She also assists clients with setting up business operations in mainland China and advising on a broad range of general corporate matters, including employment, license applications, foreign exchange, customs, and cross-border data transfer.

She graduated from King’s College London with an LL.M. in 2021. She is qualified in the People’s Republic of China and can speak fluent Mandarin and English.
