Duane Morris and the Bar Association of San Francisco will present the 10th Annual Citywide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Panel Discussion, Addressing Threats to Civil Rights, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Across America, on Thursday, October 13, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pacific.
About the Program
Our panel of distinguished bar association leaders will discuss the increasing threats to the ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion from recent and pending U.S. Supreme Court decisions and restrictive new state laws that hinder the free flow of information and discourse. We will examine these efforts to stop and reverse progress on social and racial justice; voting rights; diversity, equity and inclusion; women’s rights; and LGBTQ+ rights. More importantly, our panel will share insights and actions we can all take to preserve and advance our vision of a more just, diverse and inclusive society in America.
