May 25, 2022 | Measuring and Analyzing the Impacts of ESG
The next session in the Duane Morris Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Webinar Series, "Measuring and Analyzing the Impacts of ESG," will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Eastern. Among the nonfinancial criteria businesses must increasingly consider to stay relevant to their employees, customers and boards is ESG ‒ Environmental, Social and Governance. Beyond making smart business sense, ESG initiatives can help drive efficiency, increase engagement and involve constituents in critical ecological and social improvements. Increasingly, investors, shareholders and money managers want to know that a company does more than just turn a profit; indeed, having a positive impact on the world at large is often a metric used to gauge the long-term health and viability of a commercial enterprise. Investments in real estate and development are now being evaluated for ESG sustainability by and for players in capital markets. As this field advances, so do the methods for determining success. Join us for a discussion of how to measure and analyze whether ESG strategies are meeting their goals.

April 27, 2022 | Proposed SEC Rules on Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors
As a sure sign that ESG is being taken seriously from the top down, the SEC has proposed new rules to require registered companies to make climate-related disclosures in their statements, including information on greenhouse gas emissions, and to support claims of a date by which to be carbon neutral. Join us for a discussion on what this means for companies and investors, who could soon have much more information on hand when making sustainable investment decisions.
