Distinguished Leaders Honoree – Thomas G. Servodidio
The Distinguished Leaders Award recognizes lawyers and legal professionals who achieved impressive results in the past year and demonstrated clear leadership skills that helped them achieve those results.
Thomas G. Servodidio is Vice Chairman of the firm and also serves on the firm's Executive Committee. For over 30 years, Mr. Servodidio has represented corporate clients and senior executives in all aspects of complex employment law and management labor relations. Mr. Servodidio represents businesses in all types of employment litigation, including the defense of employment discrimination claims, wrongful discharge cases, wage and hour litigation, employment contract matters and restrictive covenant litigation. Mr. Servodidio also counsels businesses on a variety of employment matters such as the preparation of human resource policies, the development of diversity and inclusion programs, employee investigations, reductions in the workforce and Occupational Safety and Health Administration citations.
Best Law Firm Mentors Finalist – Wendy M. Simkulak

Wendy M. Simkulak is co-chair of the firm’s Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Practice Group and chair of the group’s Insurance Rights division. She also serves as a team lead for the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance and is a member of the firm’s governing Partners Board. Ms. Simkulak practices in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, creditors' rights, commercial finance, secured transactions and international commerce. She represents insurance companies, financial institutions, trade creditors, lessors, liquidating trustees and debtors in debt restructurings and in all aspects of a bankruptcy case. Ms. Simkulak has served as counsel to insurance companies providing prepetition and/or postpetition insurance coverage to debtors in complex Chapter 11 cases. She has also represented lessors, mortgagees and assignees of non-residential leases in large Chapter 11 cases.
