CHICAGO, JULY 8, 2015—Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that N. Paul Coyle has joined the firm as a partner in its Chicago office. Coyle joins Duane Morris from Vedder Price P.C. He focuses his practice on commercial finance, including in the healthcare industry. Coyle represents banks, commercial finance companies and other institutional lenders in asset-based, cash-flow and real estate financing transactions, with a special emphasis on healthcare receivable financings. He also represents healthcare providers as borrowers in connection with such financings and advises clients on workouts, debt restructurings and intercreditor relationships.
Coyle is a 1994 graduate of The John Marshall Law School and earned a B.S. in Commerce in 1991 from DePaul University. In addition to his license to practice law in Illinois, he is a Certified Public Accountant. Coyle is an Adjunct Professor of Law at The John Marshall Law School, where he has taught courses on agency and unincorporated business entities. Coyle served as chair of the diversity committee at his former firm.
