BOCA RATON, Florida, February 9, 2024—Duane Morris LLP partner Kevin E. Vance has been inducted as president of the Academy of Florida Management Attorneys. The nonprofit serves as a forum for the free exchange of ideas, knowledge and continuing education for senior Florida management-side labor and employment attorneys. Vance has served on the board of directors and as an officer of the organization for the past three years.

Vance is managing partner of the firm’s Boca Raton office. He represents businesses in litigation matters involving employees. Vance also advises businesses on compliance with federal, state and local laws involving the employment relationship. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in labor and employment law.
