MIAMI, October 6, 2025—Duane Morris LLP partners Scott D. Kravetz, P.A. and Richard D. Shane, P.A. have been honored with the Miami-Dade Bar Association’s 2025 Circle of Excellence Award. The award recognizes attorneys and paralegals who demonstrate exceptional performance within Florida’s legal profession. The awards ceremony will take place in Miami on Wednesday, November 19.
Kravetz has been recognized in the Real Property category and Shane in the Construction Litigation category.
Kravetz focuses his practice in civil litigation, with particular emphasis on real estate and construction litigation, including cost overrun, delay, design-defect and surety/bond litigation. He is managing partner of Duane Morris’ Miami office.
Shane represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and construction-related disputes. He also has experience in appellate matters. He is co-chair of the Construction Division of Duane Morris' Trial Practice Group.
