PALO ALTO, California, May 9, 2023―Jeremy T. Elman has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in its Silicon Valley office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Elman was with Allen & Overy LLP.

“Overall, our firm is attracting dynamic attorneys with unique experience and capabilities across our platform,” said Duane Morris Chairman and CEO Matthew A. Taylor. “Jeremy Elman is our 10th lateral partner this year, and we are continuing to aggressively recruit top talent to Duane Morris.”

“We are once again bolstering our IP litigation capability in a key market,” said Woody Jameson, chair of Duane Morris’ Intellectual Property Practice Group. “With a national practice and significant courtroom experience, Jeremy deepens our roster of IP litigation talent through his broad experience representing well-established companies and startup companies in trade secret, patent, copyright and trademark litigation matters.”

“We have had terrific momentum with an influx of talent in our Silicon Valley office over the past six months,” said Stephen H.
