PALO ALTO, California, October 9, 2024—Duane Morris partner Jeremy T. Elman has been named by the Daily Journal as a 2024 Top Trade Secrets Lawyer for the second consecutive year. The annual list honors the best California-based attorneys handling matters related to the misappropriation of trade secrets.
Elman focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology-related commercial disputes, and regularly represents the world’s leading technology companies and brands. He has tried cases in a number of federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, the American Arbitration Association, and has argued before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Elman has received multiple awards for his pro bono work for environmental causes and for indigent workers.
Elman is a 2002 graduate of American University, Washington College of Law, where he was senior editor of the American University Law Review, and a graduate of the University of Michigan.
